Culture shock, when combined with a complete change in climate, time zone and jet lag can hit even the seasoned traveller hard. Sounds like poor Lukas, my cuddly friend, got hit with it all at once and it decided to forcefully eject itself from his belly! Please give him and Nico big hugs from me.
