Thanks for your comment. That&#039;s a great example of how listening skills can help uplift others and lead to good recommendations and other goodies down the line. It&#039;s such an underrated but important skill to have for workplace success, in my humble opinion.]]></description>

I had once an experience  at college: one students always listened very concentrated to the presentations of the others (at least he looked like doing it) and this was very encouraging! Each speaker was looking at him during their presentation several times to get encouragement and energy.  I can&#039;t even remember how his own presentation was but I still remember that I felt he must have been very competent just because of the positive impression I got from his listening to others.]]></description>
