Abundant Harvest drawing

I have a new abundant harvest drawing to share this week that is a meditation on food security and abundance for all.

I would have done another “Name This Drawing” brainstorm I did with my recent artwork on environmental sustainability,  The Way: Gaia Protection Meditation. But for this latest drawing, I did have a name in mind so no extra help is needed, at least this time.

Abundant Harvest: Food Security Meditation is a creative visualization for sustainable agriculture, food security, and access to enough food for all. It’s the third in my series inspired by the mission statements and development goals of some of the world’s biggest organizations.

The crops depicted are the world’s most important staple foods worldwide. Thanks to my time in Malawi, maize (corn) is featured prominently in the center, as it is this country’s most important food source and life here revolves heavily around its planting and harvest.

All of these crops are held together in the drawing by the seed of life. For followers of Sacred Geometry, the ancient seed of life symbol is one of abundance and creation. Read more.

So what do you think? Love it? Meh? Hate it? Or maybe you have an idea for a new global creative visualization?

Please feel free to comment below if you’d like to give feedback.
