Mentorship for Women Ready to Choose Themselves
You’ve done what was expected of you.
You worked hard.
You earned the degrees.
You built the career.
You showed up for your family, your students, your colleagues, and your community.
Now you are thinking more intentionally about what comes next.
What do I want to build at this stage of my life?
How do I shape work that reflects who I am today?
How do I bring my ideas forward with clarity and confidence?
I work with experienced women who want to refine their direction, strengthen their visibility, and build meaningful creative and professional projects.
When we work together, we focus on structure and forward movement. I help you simplify what feels complex, identify practical next steps, and create momentum you can sustain.
You already have insight and experience. My role is to help you organize it, focus it, and translate it into action.

She really reaches out to her students and cares about them. For me personally, she really helped me learn my beginnings of graphic design. Before I came to her, I knew nothing. Same goes for Web Design.
I now, still use my notes from her web design class at my current job. She has made learning fun and kept me eager to learn more. All in all, if you ask any person who has worked with Kristen you will only hear how fabulous she is.
Kristen was a great professor. She was always willing to help students with projects and answer their questions. She is very creative and puts her ideas into action, whether it be for personal projects or creating awareness for unfortunate people in the world.
She was never demeaning, as some professors can be, yet provided constructive criticism and interesting ideas.
Kristen Palana was our trainer and mentor during and after the UNPFA Digital Media Training. She equipped us with skills that are relevant in the world today, skills that will evolve and adapt even as the world changes.
I loved her practical and hands on approach to training and how she molds her overall teaching skills to the environment. She is very relatable and her personal experiences helped us learn quickly. She is always available to assist our professional lives and always encourages us to grow professionally by sharing opportunities that fit our skill set.
We’ve been incredibly lucky to have Kristen shape our Digital Design program. She’s not only instilled an enduring love for the field in her students, she also guided them to positively challenge themselves and become self-disciplined creative risk takers. This is in part due to her extensive experience and knowledge in the field, but also because her clear passion for what she does shines through.
She’s the consummate team player; kind, humorous, supportive, patient and a warm demeanor who guides and supports others while challenging them to achieve their personal best.
