Replenish your Energy in a Creative Sanctuary
In the midst of busy lives and constant digital noise, The Art of Reset offers a sanctuary. Here, art becomes a mantra—a way to touch our innermost selves and connect with the wiser part within, the one that already knows.
Hosted in a warm Roman sacred space—the Matroneo inside TH Carpegna Palace, steps from the Vatican District—this evening blends visual art, sensory exploration, and soulful introspection. Visitors will encounter original healing works from Kristen Palana’s Sacred Geometry & Healing Symbols Series, accompanied by the meditative guidance of holistic therapist and curator Francesca Paradiso Casale.
Here, art is not only seen—it is felt. Through scent, sound, and tactile exploration, participants engage with the works in a mindful, embodied way, fostering self-reflection and inner alignment. The experience becomes a gentle act of remembering what makes us human, returning to a common ground of wisdom, balance, and connection.
