Using Art to help Unblock Stuck Energy
If you are feeling a bit stuck in life, I thought I’d share my work in progress that can help get positive energy flowing again.
It’s *almost* done and I am definitely going to need a name for it in the coming week or so. The shape is a torus from sacred geometry and it is said to help unblock old, stuck energy.
I wanted originally to have a Malawian basket vibe going in the background, but as you can see it started to take over the torus as well.
I feel like if a stained glass window and a basket loved each other very much… this is what the result might be.
Well, do any names come to mind for you? I’m going to need help with this one.
Please leave a comment below this post and let me know if you have any ideas.
If I end up using your name suggestion, I’ll send you a free 9×9 inches (or similar sized) art print of your choice as a thank you.
I’ll post the final version too in the next few days on my Facebook and Instagram pages if you prefer to wait and see it more closely then.
This drawing below, Mother, was also recently named with help from my social media and newsletter friends.

Upcoming Shows & Recent Articles
EXHIBITION update: Come see some of my recent work that is featured in this online exhibition.
Nine artists from around the globe tackle the subject of spiritual art. What Do We Know is a new virtual exhibition, running from 3-30 June, “exploring spiritual art and its multitude of feelings, experiences, viewpoints and forms of expression.”
Nine artists ask what does “spiritual” really mean, can one word describe a multitude of feelings, experiences, viewpoints and forms of expression, and is “spiritual” the word to describe this movement?
We’ll also be having a LIVE virtual opening on June 3rd as well at 5PM UK time. Stay tuned and I’ll give you the link (as soon as I get it) so you can join too.

I also will be in a three-person show called Remedy: How We Heal at Narrows Center for the Arts in Fall River, MA., USA June 10- July 14th. If you live in the area, I’d love to see you and show you around personally. Learn more about the show here.

Well, that’s all for now. Thanks so much for keeping up with my art. It means the world to me.
If you’d like to see what I am working on now, even the ugly stuff, please follow me on Instagram to see the latest.
